According to the results of the questionnaires, lack of information on the part of client companies was mentioned as a main issue in placing orders. On one hand, since media are not so much used by client companies as a tool to find engineering service providers, it is necessary for the service providers to set up a program to raise the awareness of their skills in specialized technologies and submit proposals.
In order for each service-provider to improve the dissemination about itself, and at the same time to promote a new industry like the prototyping industry in a broad sense, PR operations are needed to convey the message, "Kyoto, hometown of the prototyping industry."
Accordingly, we will create presentations that help viewers understand that Kyoto has a wealth of companies that possess high technologies in industries ranging from the traditional to the high-tech, and that will appeal to the general public and the world in order to cultivate an unknown part of the market.
