? The following four items are considered important: 1. R&D and technological skills, 3. Costs, 4. Speed, 5. Delivery as promised. Number 2, "past performance," is also considered important by respondents other than venture companies. On the other hand, venture companies consider number 9, "creativity and strong proposal skills," as being more important than 2, "past performance."? Number 6, "corporate size of the contractor" is not considered important by any group of respondents. Number 7, "area of business territory," and 8, "proximity," are not considered very important.
